As much as taking regular baths, deep cleaning the house, rearranging items, doing laundry, cleaning the oven before using it or even washing your hair helps to keep yourself and spaces clean – a cleanse of the mind, body and soul complements those other actions to create a holistic clean approach to life.
As it relates to the audit of the relationship you have with yourself: you’re gonna have to wash away some of your dirty habits. Do a review of who are, what you do as well as the things and situations you engage in.
Garbage trucks smell beacuse of the fusion of waste that goes in them. They’re not cleaned as often as they should be and if they are cleaned frequently, it’s not a proper clean.
Never. And, I mean never allow yourself or the vessel you use to dispose of your figurative garbage to stay filthy.
Always walk with your antibacterial wipes. If you forget them, source soap and water and paper towel and a bin ASAP!

No matter how fool-proof your technique is, the wind can sway your efforts. It’s a matter of how you make your technique work for you despite the environment.
Allowing folks to consistently take without cease will inevitably bring you down to nothingness. No one wants that to happen.
Self care is important. You have to schedule regular clean-ups in your life. With grime and baked in spills, you’ll still function. However, you’ll never function optimally if you do not clean regularly. Once you start cleaning, you’ll discover other areas in your life that require cleaning. It might get a little messy and that is alright; that’s part of the process.
