Dear World,
This is a day late. To be honest, I was stomped on how I’d write about my most ideal day from start to finish without sounding boring in my mind. All I had was a list of primary pillars and I didn’t think that was sufficient.
I’ve identified a way to do it. So, here goes.
My ideal day focuses on what I like to call R³P (R cubed P or Tripple R P). It represents rest, relaxation, replenishment, and getting paid. So, extra sleep, naps, lounging, meditation, yoga, spa appointments, beachy moments, yummy foods and drinks – including water, and getting money.
It’s quite simple if you think about it.
R³P suggests that a perfect day is centered around the principles I mentioned. They encompass the idea of taking time for self-care, recharging both physically and mentally, and feeling a sense of financial security or reward – getting paid for doing what I love and/or doing the bare minimum for work. It’s a holistic approach to achieving a balanced and fulfilling day.
Though this message is void of obviously stated love within relationships and towards myself, I feel like that is inevitable in my days. R³P, on the other hand, is not inevitable. I have to ensure that they occur and be purposeful in achieving them. Let that be your lesson, from this. Be purposeful with achieving you R³P goals.
The ‘getting paid’ part is the most difficult. It’s a work in progress as I don’t quite have a handle on it. That said, I haven’t had too many ideal days because I don’t get paid for doing what I love, yet. I also don’t get paid for doing the bare minimum, yet.
I should probably delve deeper into R³P, but I may do that some other time.
What’s your ideal day look like?
Signed,
The Suburban Girl JA®
